Do you mean your own Uranium save file?
It's not in the same folder as the game. It's located under C/User/Your Name/Saved Games/Pokemon Uranium. The files are named Uranium.rxdata and then Uranium_1, Uranium_2 and so on.
Be careful when messing with these though unless you know what you are doing. Also, I am not a reliable source for troubleshooting issues with the game. Check the forums for help with that!
