I'm more partial to the ambiguous villain type. like, the type who has a clear motivation for his "villainy" that is a kind of gray area in respect to morality Even though I am aware of the tendency of villains being killed by the respective hero.. complicated anti-heroes also have a higher than average mortality rate in any case XD
