I know Draco isn't picky like Sefem when it comes to clothing and hair. He's pretty open to trying and using all different kinds of clothes and hair styles.

But... Draco's parents gave up on trying to train him to use magic because he couldn't no matter how hard they tried. So instead his mom drilled physical fighting skills into him. His dad taught him how to use all kinds of weapons, but also how clothes work and different ways he can "disguise" himself using clothes.
So both his parents ended up teaching him how to fight in all sorts of situations and outfits without magic. But his knowledge is limited to how to kill people (and quickly) in a fight or destroy things. He's had to learn on his own while he was at the academy and after he graduated to be able to spar without killing intent.

ha ha sadly he doesn't think so. When he was still at the academy everything revolved around magic. Either as being the only way to solve problems (he's been in exams and told specifically that physical blows have little to no effect and the spell is the only way to survive) or the only thing valued by people he's met at the academy was being able to use magic or having strong magic ability.
There were also a lot of people who were just Captain America strong without even trying when he started at the academy. So him working hard to be able to fight without magic wasn't impressive because people just being born physically strong and being able to easily learn spells was common and him needing to work hard to be strong physically but still not good with magic was thought of as strange.
