Personality is an aspect that is often times shaped by upbringing rather than genetics.

well, yang was raised mostly her father, where as Raven was nowhere to be seen in the family when yang was growing up, so its only logical for yang to have the goodness in her from her father, rather the ruthlessness from her mother
I am wondering what that tribe she talked about with Qrow in vol 4 was all about. I mean the more RT introduces us to all this new lore the more they neglect to fix the issues that were already present from the get go like Aura and semblance and even dust. Like 4 vols in and we still don't have any concrete information about what all the different colors of dust are.

im posititve all that u described here will get explained in future "World of Remnant" episodes
Yeah but honestly, this is something that they should have addressed a lot sooner considering how integral these concepts are to both RWBYs its lore and universe.

everything in my opinion is worth the wait =)
I'm happy to hear you feel that way buddy. But in the grand scheme of things, not every fan will have your level of patience. People may inevitably get anxious for answers and it could affect their interest in the show. Even I find myself wondering when any of us are going to get clarification on the concepts and story elements that RT has established. I don't think not wanting to be kept in the dark is too much to ask for, especially in this case. Believe me when I say that it wouldn't take a terrible amount of effort or detail to give a satisfying explanation on something like what all the different colors of Dust represent.
