Doesn't that technically make the Chosen One and The Dark Lord universal level in their own universe considering that they caused Alan's computer to crash, which is basically their universe?
Also, I'd like to see how a battle with Henry Stickman would turn out, since I updated my Henry bio a few days ago.

That is a good point. I bet it would put him at that level. should I just put that under his feats?
btw, I bet a battle between him and Henry would be close- Henry has an insane feat of durability from riding on kirby's Warp Star (which goes at light speed) and not being turned into mush

The Chosen One has an edge in strength and speed, but Henry has the edge in durability, experience, and arsenal.
Where they fight also matters. If they fight in, say, a computer, then The Chosen One has a massive edge as he can summon clones of himself, use the tools located in MS Paint, use a minecraft block (if the computer has minecraft), or just cause the computer to crash and end up making the battle a tie.
If the battle takes place somewhere else, then The Chosen One is stripped of most of his abilities. Henry could also use his surroundings to his advantage.
The Chosen One's eye lasers could give Henry trouble, as we've seen countless times that he's vulnerable to lasers. But, Henry has dodged gunfire, kept up with a speeding car, and has things to increase his speed, such as the Speed Shoes and the Scooter.
Henry also has a stealth advantage, seeing as how he can turn himself invisible with the Invisibility Pill and the Boo from Mario Kart.
I think Henry's also more strategic, so he COULD possibly craft a plan to take down The Chosen One. But...The Chosen One's a LOT stronger, and he's faster by a little bit, So The Chosen One could overwhelm Henry with brute force before taking him down.

I say Henry with all of his items vs The Chosen One without the Minecraft block would be a fair fight.
When The Chosen One does his laser eyes attack, they don't seem that fast, so I think you're right about Henry being able to dodge them.
He doesn't have trouble when he uses the Boo power up, as we see that he was able to get to the elevator without any problems.
