I only see them when I browse for fan art, and I wish I didn't.
This isn't relevant to the point. No matter if you wish you would have never seen them, what gives you the right to say that people can't make certain types of OCs, just because you don't like them? You can dislike them if you want, but the Internet is for everyone, not only for you alone. Other people are allowed to make things, no matter if you like them or not! You can give critiques how to improve OCs, but it's a shitty thing to say "don't make OCs, which don't Match my personal standards!"

Why are you so defensive about bad OCs? Also, there are a lot of OCs that are so bad, even feedback won't help. Sometimes the feedback is just refused altogether. A lot of people other than just me have the same opinion on these kinds of OCs.
