I was never able to play the 5, but I'm a little curious anyway. However, no translation and well, just as you said, the setting being in the real world takes half of the fun from it...
the worst thing is the gameplay because the scheduling is by day and not week. So you have to click XXXX times for 1 game. I think it took me 5-6 hours to get to my first ending and normally, I finish one in 1-2 hours max.
