I don't mind that you didn't portrait the actress 100% actually^^

Her expression - and dress! - are really beautiful <3

Just the upper left dragon seems a bit.. well.. off XD

To me it just looks like the painting captured the movement right before it starts to sink down and flap its wings to get up again ( like dragons do when they fly, I guess? ).
