I spend a lot of time while designing a character, sometimes I just leave it rest for some time before picking it up again. The worst thing is that some are really hard to be redrawn (like this one - I fear the moment when I'll have to draw her again
at least she has black hair, so I can just colour them solid black, easing everything xD)

It's a good idea to take a break and look at the concept art after days/weeks etc *3*
