I use myfigurecollection.net to purchase figures, the website features multiple website partners you can buy from which includes America, Asian, and European sites you can purchase through. It's an amazing database and what I love most about it is you get notifications on figures you have on your wishlist and when an individual user is selling theirs which can be used or new for very fair prices. I'm not quite sure where you are in the world, but try that site. It will definitely help you with places to purchase figures!
