No problem, would you mind possibly sending me a picture of the inside of your case, I need to see the hardware, a closeup of the CPU fan, heatsink and a picture showing all of the hardware you have. Be sure to turn the computer off and unplug it for safety. :)

Can you see below the fan? Is it sitting up on pipes?
You honestly could get away with just buying a fan and remove the one that is on there now. You would want to measure it to know what fan.
And if you have to pull the whole thing of you should by thermal paste also.

It states it has a 120mm fan. If that is the size of your fan you can buy that for $7.99 and thermal paste is roughly $7.
Once you remove the CPU fan you wipe the top of the CPU to clean it. Then you put the new thermal paste on the CPU and then mount the fan.

oh gawd! LOL ok so i have to measure it...i can do that....i will have the weekend to work on this....i had to turn my computer off and on 5 times last night before it would start :( i am really getting worried i will totally break it

my guess is the 120mm fan which measures 4 inches. The one on it now should have 4 screws to take it off. Use those to screw on the new one and plug it back on the motherboard where you took the old one off from. It's really not hard.
