I can see this hitting a few snags in determining who overcomes who - not that this is being determined objectively or anything - since characters like Sakura, Yoruichi, Claire, and Saber are never shown relying on pure martial arts but have auxiliary supernatural or superhuman abilities that are intrinsic components of their fighting styles. Even Mikasa has superhuman strength and agility as a result of her genetics.
All I can hope is that people just have some fun with this and not just lecture me on how I decided to lay it out
Or argue with each other over which character they think would win. I watch Death Battle (which tries to be objective over who wins) and One Minute Melee (which takes the opposite approach and has whoever the animator wants to win take the victory), and based on the comment sections of those shows, if anyone with too much time on their hands and even the slightest bit of familiarity with one of the franchises takes issue with who wins the poll...

I'm familiar with less than half the characters you've selected, and I'm more amused than anything. I tend to stay away from popularity contest-type who-would-win match-ups, but in this case I'll stick around, steer clear of the comment sections, and vote for the characters I feel would win based on what I know about them.

It's more likely that people are just going to vote for whoever they like more instead, but that's just how these voting contests seem to happen.
