One could say that Raege had a...Boon in the fight

She always does, really.

Moreso now that Boone put some power behind her.

Thats the fun thing with psychic characters. Their power is linked to their mind and emotions so character development is necessary for them to grow in strength. (usually)

Boone, biologically is a weak psyker but she has a lot of soul, love and conviction.

Did you ever see those cool old corps images that /co/ would do? where it was a bunch of characters that all had one thing in common? Boone would be my substitution for the love corps. Her or Wissil.

I have not. Link?

Also biologically weak as in physical body? Because I was under the impression that 40K psykers' power was dictated by the psychic presence in the warp, IE the size of their "soul" which every sentient creature has as they exist on both planes simultaneously.

But physical vigor has very little to do with actual psyker strength.

Physical strength being little to do with physical strength is why someone as noodly as boone is eventually (after MUCH training and time) useful. She's got moxy.

Not sure if I would describe Boone as "noodly"
She's not slender, she's got a full figure. She has what some would describe as a "soft" bodytype. She's not fat, she just doesn't have an athletic build or a lot of muscle mass due to an early pampered lifestyle and little physical conditioning. (I'm not sure if psykers need to undergoe physical conditioning like regular soldiers, I would imagine no)

That and I don't think she had the option or motivation to exercise when she was imprisoned on a black ship and now she works as more or less a secretary if I recall correctly.
