Lot of the skin textures are speculative (I don't think anyone has a good idea yet what was going on with those maxillary textures) but I tried to base them on extant archosaurs in a way that seemed to make sense. I hope one day we'll have clear picture on what sort of dermal structures Tyrannosaurus actually had.
