Only if It was Game Sonic...Archie Sonic is more stronger and faster than Game Sonic. ..He could defeat his shadow so that means that he is really fast at fighting and so on, He can be Super Sonic how long he wants and he could survive explosion of planet or super nova or Idk. And he is 11D and High Complex Multiuniversal Level and Chara is only 4D and Multiuniversal Level.
But he still has no way to combat Chara's reset ability, meaning she can come back as many times as she likes, destroy as many realities and timelines that he's in as she likes until finally he's too weak to keep fighting. Archie Sonic has no way to put Chara down for good. Temporarily, perhaps, but she'll come back almost instantly with her reset and each time she'll know more and more about his attacks.
Although what you're saying does make sense, since Archie Sonic doesn't posses any Time Manipulation or Sealing abilities, it is totally unnecessary to permanently kill the oponent, Sonic would kill Chara so many times they just give up, or probably end in an infinite stalemate towards Sonic's favour due to him being able to Kill Chara countless times while Chara can't even scratch Sonic.
She wouldn't give up. She has the DETERMINATION to continue. And yes, she can scratch Sonic, as she has infinite tries and the ability to literally destroy Sonic's existence, and even if he survives that, he'll have to find a way to travel to the next existence for another shot at fighting her, at which he will also fail, as she will be able to destroy that existence too.
If it was only Base Archie Sonic, that actually makes sense since Base Archie is only universal at most, however all of that changes if Archie Super Sonic is involved, there is evidence to suggest that Archie Super Sonic at his peak is High Complex Multiversal, he is also invulnerable, can stay as long as he wants in that form, and for some reason has reality warping abilities, as I said, infinite stalemate towards Sonic's favour.
Nope. He's not actually shown the durability to survive the destruction of existence. Yes, Enerjak has the power to destroy multiple universes, but he didn't use that in the fight against Sonic, therefore meaning that Sonic didn't actually show any feats of surviving that kind of power.
I think you get wrong what "existance" means, Chara isn't able to destroy all of reality, Chara is able to destroy all of the games timelines, that's for sure, however, after Chara destroyed the timelines, the space-time still existed, we know this because Chara was able to make the True Reset, if the Space-Time didn't exist anymore, they wouldn't be able to do it since the True Reset since what it does is recreates the timelines that were destroyed, with the lack of time, that wouldn't be possible, Chara is mulit-universal 4D because of that fact.

Well technically Chara actually can't reset. But yeah, Chara's the literal embodiment of growing power. He's just going to get ...99999999999999...'d and all those 'He's 11D and High Complex Multiuniversal' is all bullshit.
