That's like saying there's a chance for reptiles to have gills
no it's more liek saying every mammal has a full coat of fur and then you look at naked mole rats, sphinx cats and humans as exceptions to that rule
so for all we know there could have been dinosaurs who were similar
besides i was mainly agreeing with the lip thing, but i could see smaller carnivores (like this) not needing the keratin face mask that would prevent lips so i can see some with lips
