Read Description, You are not permitted to use without permission, Ms Paint DOODLER , as i wanted to get it "Done fast" for my friend but ended up spending much more time on it. I use acer touch pad mouse NOT a tablet external etc.
The hat is suposed to be bigger and taller as well, but since i was trying to draw him chibi / smol like i failed. So yeah..In the dream the hat was pretty big compared and bent over like a DR suess . Please do not abuse the rules, thanks. ~Hatter
