Bruce Wayne/Batman actually proposed to Selina Kyle/Catwoman?
#24 of the new Batman Rebirth comic. He used the diamond Selena stole from her very first appearance which Bruce recovered, bought, and saved because "he knew she was the one" (direct quote).
It was actually a really good scene with Bruce really displaying emotional vulnerability and admitting he's truly scared but he's risking it. Sadly the next issue never showed us her answer since it's part one of this War of Jokes & Riddles xover with Joker and Riddler going at each other.
