Well first ironically my two favorite colors are Orange and Blue XD But on thing I like doing is modifying pokemon for shinies I think about look better~ I will send the colors to you~

Yaeh I can do that ^w^ I'll try and make the fire like that and I actually have a chibi cydiquil I cut out and markered, I can use that as a base and make the cutie. Perfect! Also I can put the little birthmark on the hip, cheek, forehead, or chest. Belly maybe but that's up to you. He should be done one day after I post a finished drawing for the other person.
