It's definitely about priorities. Of course it depends on the personality of a person - egoist will have different priorities than altruist - but it's a society forcing "the right" priorities on us too. One might study something she don't like - I write she, but that's because it's convention, but it doesn't matter if the person is woman or man - or she take a job and after 2 years she'll find out she doesn't like it. I guess most people who "are stuck" in jobs knows that, but maybe think that Mercedes will make them happier, while the only thing is they will need to keep working to pay off the car, or that house or who knows what their eyes lay upon. But the decision to change their job instead might be more frightening than keeping job where they are unhappy. People do mistakes, we learn by mistakes, sadly... We have only one lifetime to make mistakes, and hell even when I was 20 - so almost quater of life spent - I still didn't know what I want to do or be. So tell your message, because even when we need to make mistakes ourselves, there might be someone who will listen and think about what is important in life and what is not.

I know - I was the same. Perhaps it is human nature. Making my OWN mistakes, no matter how many reasonable warnings I receive ("it might apply to you, but it doesn´t necessarily mean, it applies to me, too!". I still do and I guess, it will never change.
At least, using Kyoko as a voice, the thoughts come from a young cat-girl who is new to the planet, learning as she goes along - instead of lessons from an old fart :D
