I´d actually prefer them to be adult, yes. But since I know that some adults are just worse than the most complicated teens I´d say I won´t mind if they are younger as long as they are around dA for at least a year and are online each day :3
Thank you for letting me know! I believe the rule has been put in place in some groups for legal reasons, though I'm not entirely sure what they are.
I honestly have quite an interest in species groups but since
I'm starting college soon I don't have the time to run my own, so I've been sort of keeping an eye out for any who might be "hiring"
I don't plan to volunteer for anything until I know how well I handle college/how much time I have.

I understand why it is a rule xD many young dA members aren´t easy to handle.. but as I said there are a lot of adults who are like that too 8D
