Ooooh nice!! What program did you use for the effects?
I used this completely in Autodesk Sketchbook! The glow effects were from a glow brush set I downloaded from Autodesk (when they had some promos and stuff for certain brush packs), and then set the layer from Normal to Glow. It was fun to play around with. And I believe Autodesk is 100% free now as well
