You're welcome! How do you set up your presentation, anyway? Lighting, what you use to take the photos, so on & so forth. Do you have a designated area for that?
Oh, I'm by no means and experienced photographer, haha... but I'll try my best to explain how I've worked so far. 
I don't have a special area for taking photos, since my flat is too small. So far I simply took a piece of coloured paper as a background and put it on my windowsill or on the floor... then I put my drawing on top and decorated it with leaves, nuts, etc.
For the lighting... I wait for a nice and bright midmorning and use daylight only. The windows in my room face north, so it's indirect and diffuse light which is pretty good.
I own a Canon EOS 750 D, which is a nice camera, but I have to admit I still don't know too much about it - I don't use it too often (which is a shame actually...) and for the settings, it's just trial and error. I know the basic rules about aperture, shutter speed and ISO but as I said, I'm trying things until I like the result. I also use Photoshop to edit my photos (brightness, contrast,...).
When I have my decorated drawing on the windowsill, I step on a chair and take the picture - I don't have a tripod or anything fancy yet.
Sometimes the whole setup is too much work and I simply use my smartphone camera, which isn't as good, but it does the job for quick Instagram postings and the like...
So, if you're thinking about how to present your cards...
I figured the photos turn out nicer if you lay them flat on the ground and take a picture from above. I like to tilt the drawing a bit so it's not right-angled in the photo. It also matters how you cut your photo... again, I can't really describe how I do it, it's just playing with things.
Anyway, I hope you find this kind of helpful - you might want to look at some others artist's way of presenting their works and then try to mimic their way of doing it.

Thanks, that is helpful! I've done some combinations of those techniques, but sometimes I get impatient & don't wait for the sun, so then I can't put stuff on the floor because of shadows. I don't have a good camera, but my phone takes decent pictures in bright light, so it sounds like if I have a little more patience & work with the sun, I could get better results. And I'll look around at other artists' presentations, too.
Oh yes, patience isn't always my strength eiter...
