Yes, although Ms Ellis requires only 3 or 4 hours sleep daily (don't know how she does it actually - although I feel the Daleks now do!?!) she is extremely knowledgeable in ways of attaining deep relaxation as and when necessary. Bit like Bruce Lee following his utter destruction of the guards in Han's dungeons and tunnels (Enter the Dragon) and the complete relaxation at his total entrapment shortly thereafter... Huuuuummmmm!!!
