Hey, that's a pretty creative pose you have made for Tails here, especially that he is solely hanging by bound twin tails 
The sketch looks very good and I wouldn't want you to change anything special here.
Although I would be very happy if you could add more rope on him overall:
- three rope bundles instead of just one around the ankles
- three rope bundles instead of two around the upper legs
- three rope bundles at all three parts of his tails
- four rope bundles around his belly
- wrists have to be tied together behind the back
- red choker should be added again around the neck
Besides that, no need change anything about the pose, the gag or the expression.

I think the wristi bindings are good enough, I was just not sure if they are actually tied together^^
