AhaaaaH! I WILL remember this Shiny-Fan. You have an amazing Dalek knowledge - puts me to shame. I learn much from you. I can't recall why, but I remember adding the upgraded ionisers so the Daleks could spy on the MBGs (well who wouldn't) as they went about their way - and also to watch and control their movements if and when the doo-dah hits the fan. They can mimic most of the important MBGs voices on comms, as they did to get Lt G Ellis to go to her alleged demise with Sharp and the Dalektrons, and Roth to her meeting with Dalektrons... But the ionisers also were used to increase the Dalek fire power in the corridors, but they had to be more accurate in targeting. So that the paralysis that Aysha Tsung (remember her) experienced when the Dalek fired not at her but down a corridor generally, towards any humans in the area, no longer works.. They have to hit the target squarely like we would with a normal weapon - I think!?!
But did that leg of Roth (as she ran to escape the blast) get slightly frazzled by any peripheral blast effect by the Dalek firing angrily down the corridor?!?
