Q: My questions/submissions/comments haven't been answered yet, when will they be?
A: Please be patient, sometimes there is a lot of work going on behind the scenes! Our moderators will do their best to get to everything as soon as possible.
Q: Why hasn't my question been answered yet?
A: We get a lot of questions sent to the group daily and sometimes these take a while to sort through. Please wait 7 days and if your question hasn't been answered, it may be because it needs admin review. Admins review the Q+A every Thursday.
