Indeed! Raves are exactly his thing. The group meets him when Ceb gets to open for one of Toxikk's gigs.
Hmmm, he doesn't affect people's memories, but he can turn them mean very quickly, and therefore also willing to lie.
Ah haaaaa! That's really cool, so there are limitations to his powers but it's kind of interesting how it can work to his favour as well.
