Right to use the bathroom, right to not have their murderers granted leniency on the basis of their gender or sexuality, the right to not be considered criminals or even put to death or rounded into camps for who they are (because not every LGBT person is in Europe or the Americas), the right to adopt (only granted in 26 countries out of the 193 recognised by the UN) the right to adequate healthcare. I could go on, probably dig up some hate crime statistics too, but we were talking mainly about legal rights and human rights and such. I will definitely acknowledge that in more countries than at any other previous time in human history, it's never been better to be LGBT, but it's naive to consider the job done just yet.
