Even those hidden cameras (ionisers) updated by the Daleks seem not to reveal this... But, a very secretive and personal 'pocket' of sorts would house this 'telescopic' device quite nicely. But the true question is: where did the late Gay Ellis get the device from, and how did she know to secret it upon herself at this last period of her life?!? Makes you wonder doesn't it?!? It is certainly making me wonder - quite a lot, in fact!!!
