Well if you have the feel you need some pressure to actually do your own characters the asks, and poll on what to draw next, along with something innovative such as request a situation.
people on deviantart are weird sometimes if ive had people noting me in the past as a young teen trying to pay me to send pictures of my feet then id be afraid to see what they'd want of me when drawing my characters if i took requests
I agree and that's weird, though you'd naturally only do the ideas you liked. They were really creepy.
