There is an astounding level of detail going on in those feathers. My God. The metal details and the cloth folds are equally nice. The only thing that brings the image down a bit is the face. It's not badly rendered, rather it seems a bit pinched around the nose, like the nose is too small, and the face is at a slightly crooked angle. I think if you were to raise the face up and enlarge each of the features a bit, it would work better.

But again, cannot get over how tactile those pink features are.
