I only bring up Tekken 7 to show that Harada will never be consistent with Leo's gender, even if his life depended on it. And Tekken 8 will likely continue on that path of...for lack of a better term... "trolling".

It's not about believe that Leo is a girl or for you to think it's a boy. And it's not about trolling either. Leo was created for 1 purpose, being love regardless of gender, that was a goal of Harada-san & his team. Well, he also left many leads to us to let us know for who Leo is. However, he won't tell. What more important, Leo didn't have a change of gender, Leo still have female customizations.

You're absolutely correct in Leo's purpose, to be loved regardless of gender.
What I meant was, Harada's approach to keeping Leo's gender ambiguous was the equivalent of a troll. And when I say, "Change of gender", I mean Harada changes what he says about it and will never be consistent; therefore, I'm making a figurative bet that "she/her/hers" pronouns will be used in tekken 8, just as "he/him/his" pronouns were used in Tekken 7.
My point of view, in seeing Leo as a boy, is that I saw his shoulder-to-hip ratio, I didn't see any curves, the voice sounded boyish to me, I"m sure you get the idea. And after I did some digging, I saw the lack of consistency firsthand.
