Comment on iPhone : more Renaissance by agoner

I hate to sound like a dick here, but i honestly have no idea how to use this; as in, how do i activate this onto my phone?
Knowing me it's probably something right in front of my face, but if you could give me a pointer in the right direction, that'd be so great ;A;
