I'm more of a fan of the classic lineup, but of the newer ones Kala and Emet specifically though to me are kinda not that strong an impression. One is just edgy-liy sad and depressed and disliked by most people, while the other is a bot with a two-face and they are just cool... I feel most characters were made more function than character near the end, which was real sad.

Functionally and written-ly I loved Hyde the most, he was a nutcase with an infectious enthusiasm and his kit was very straightforward and passionate. Second place goes for everyone else, I really loved this game when it came out.
