When we decided to stop supporting V4 and stick to Genesis 2/3 only, we realized we'd rather stop doing this than going back to supporting V4.
She has always been a huge source of creative frustration for us, so I can't deny we do not miss working with her at all :).

Too bad, as that's what I use. I guess I need to improve my modelling and texturing skills!

Apart for our personal preference, which I bluntly stated :), consider we're talking about a 10+ years old model that is not up to current technology/standards.
This would lengthen a project time 2 to 4 times (so it would take at least twice the time, likely much, much more per project to support her) and this would, perhaps, add a 5% sales?

In this case, if you want to support V4 yourself, modelling and texturing will not be the biggest issue, you will have to spend weeks/months to make stuff work on her. By the way, are we talking Poser or Daz Studio here?
Just for reference, The Legend was originally modeled on V4, when we realized what it would take to make it work on her in Poser, we surrendered and put it in a drawer waiting for the tech to advance :).

I use Poser 7 and Vue 6. Neither work with the Genesis figures, so it's not an option for me.

Of course, the software we want to use can dictate the content that we can use :).
I will just suggest however to think about it twice before deciding to spend months to (learn to) produce content for an outdated figure and an outdated software, it won't even be easy to find out tutorials and help!
Good luck with whatever you decide though :)!
