Yes I can do that. I assume that means he has some hair as a pearl? That's unusual but he seems to have real hair rather than eather hair so I assume that's a different thing. 
Never thought about that before to be honest. But, atleast in my headcanon, he does have hair as a Pearl so if you could draw him with it that would be great! <3
