Just the shirt and hair a bit, didn't want to go all out wet which would require her skin to look the same as well, it would be too shiny in my opinion.

Ah, I see.
Yeah, wet skin done by uniform wetness, looks more like oil. I can understand you didn't want that.
If we had specialized textures for wetness, a mix of rough (dry skin) and glossy (water streams and drips)
it could be something. Of course, the drips and streams would also need normal maps to create realistic
highlights. Hehe, one can dream =)
