I got a chuckle out of the shirt inscription.  Given the first and last numbers were the same, I guessed it may have said "S.O.S." (a possible self-reflection on performing tech support), but once I decoded it...

Overall, it's a cute illustration.  I, similarly, stick my tongue out when I'm concentrating on something heavily. X3
