Excellent work so far-- very sleek and reflective of a next-gen AJAX-using site with Web 2.0 functionality.
One crit-- I'd consider reducing the height of the "Creative Solutions" / search row, you have plenty of room there that could be used to bring more content from the bottom of your page up above the fold. (Although I don't design web interfaces professionally, I work for a company that consults for digital design & usability).
Other than that, it looks great!
