It might be an amp skin (which I'd much prefer honestly). I think I remember them saying that Fortuna is going to have a place with amp skins? Don't quote me though.
Not sure! We'll have to see! Sometimes things are created quite a bit in advance and its a matter of finding the right combination of assets to combine into a prime pack set.
Seeing how Amps count towards Mastery Rank, I hope it's a relic drop ^^
