Hey, I'm sorry, I was scrolling down and came across this thread and thought I would contribute in defense of my friend PixelKitties.
She is right you know. If you came here a week ago, have already been able to contribute rather fine art as I can see, but are unable to put up with this kind of artwork being on the front page, you either are clearly unprepared to be on here or you're extraordinarily close-minded. MLP art has been in full swing ever since late 2010 when the show first came out and the fandom formed. People from all corners of the internet have been making MLP art and uploading it to DA and tons of it has been featured on the front page because it's been able to gain enough traction to do so. That is how things work on this site. If you don't like that it happened to be MLP art because you're an "anti-brony" or something, you'll just have to deal with it. The show is popular and a lot of people on here like it. You thinking it's "sad" that it got on here is just your point of view, but telling us that in the comments of the picture will not change it.
Oh and because I know you're going to probably say something about it, yes, my icon is sooooo inappropriate and will probably gross you out. That's why I use it.

so glad you acknowledge it, but you should honestly be ashamed that you use that thing.
What's that? Sorry, I can't hear you over my 6000+ followers and the encouragement and love I have gotten from all my fans and friends I've made doing this art. Btw, I made over $2500 from selling this art at 2 conventions in a row.

Your life may be sad, but I am happy as can be with the great friends I have made in this fandom. Sorry if you hate the idea of that but it's your problem, not mine.
