That's a great pic but the inscription is a real facepalm. It is neither old cyrillic nor modern cyrillic. Nothing more than abracadabra.
The proposed variant "Елена Чйстяков" is also uncorrect (Елена Чистякова is the correct one). The difference between them is exactly as between "Cisriaton Rnoadlo" and "Cristiano Ronaldo". If you'll need cyrilic inscriptions in future you may ask me and I'll give you correct transliteration.
