Hey, there are tons of BEST games that will have glitches or bugs or moments where the game denies the thing you did well and screws you up.

The fact that TF2 is an MMOFPS, doesn't really excuse it for having asinine hitboxes. By your logic, you don't know video game design. 
It's also 11 years old, of course it will be full of negative aspects.
