It should be obvious. Weiss is the one with the large hat. Winter is the one with the large... pauldrons.

You clearly missed the obvious boob joke. Weiss has been shown with that hat before, along with that haircut. We have never seen Winter before, and some of her... features are more pronounced than on Weiss. For example, she's taller.
