Oh God, yeah, that one... :fear: Especially when it was revealed he was watching his daughter undress.... :puke:

That one's probably on par with the anime department episode for me - while the topics don't go as extreme as a dad perving on his daughter or trying to justify doing horrible things by delusional comparison to a manga he likes ('Call me daddy' :fear: ), I think the unsettling part of the anime episode comes from how frantic and rapid the cuts between the flashbacks and present time get, and I personally found the production falling to bits very creepy. :fear:

To be honest, when one of the BREATHER episodes is when a trio of friends meet up to commit suicide, you know you're in for a disturbing show. :ohnoes:

very true lol here's a fun fact about that anime, the reason it's opening theme www.youtube.com/watch?v=5XjTpm… is so loud and over the top is satoshi kon wanted it to act as a warning for what was about to come on tv!

I heard about that - the late timeslot for the show made it so that they needed a loud song to wake the viewers up, and the ending theme was more quiet to help them go to sleep. :XD:
