I really like your interpretation of the Yuan-Ti here, just enough humanity to make you empathic but enough alien to make you wary. I have been a DM for nearly 16 years and most of the times artists in the employ of WoTC and secondary companies make them seem either to human or far to alien. This strike a rather nice balance.
