I have not really seen much of the Berry Bitty Adventures version. But what I have seen looked really cute.

that looks like a mixed bag. The designs range from cute to frightening and looks like they have magical powers.
To me, Strawberry looks the least cute. I'm not hot on Lemon Meringue either, actually. Tbh, the rest are...meh. *le shrug*

I liked the series but at the time the world was so focused on MLP that they never made time for any thing else and people then as well as now associate CGI with Bad and hand drawn with good. its no help that MLP and Dan VS were good while Discover Family and HUB's Care bears, Peter Pan, Robin Hood, Jungle Book and other shows were failures. I can give the new series a chance if it comes were I can find it but its hard to win people over when there's few fans to start with. People would give more attention to a new Teen Titans or Turtles or a reboot of Adventure time or anew Airbender series before they see this a try. Im up for a few episode however when the time comes.
With "Airbended" I think you mean "Avatar", a series wouldn't necessarily have to be about Aang or some Airbender to succeed in gaining attention. 
what I mean to say is people in general would be more excited for a new series set in a world they loved in the past then they would be for a series that they never paid much attention to in the 1st place.
No no, I understood that, and I agree completely. I was just pointing out that that particular franchise is "Avatar", not "airbender. I agree with the main point you've made.
I'm not bashing on CGI animated series, I enjoy them as much as the next guy. The Berry Bitty Adventures are very cute. I really enjoyed the "New Adventures of Peter Pan" CG animated series by DQ Entertainment a couple of years ago. I'm sure there are a bunch of others I can't bring to mind right now.
