I love this, and I especially love the comparison.

No, it doesn't look like the model. What this expertly shows is how abstracted fantasy paintings like this are, and that they don't really look like real life people. The model is cute and had a great idea for a very nice pose. The painting is gorgeous, but has nothing to do with real life. That's not bad. It's just something that everyone should be aware of. And I can imagine those that aren't artists really could benefit from comparison reminders like these, to point out just how removed from real life proportions nice fantasy paintings can be.
