Working my way through your stories.... there are elements here I could see in a battle between Y'shaati and Kajm- such as that it might be a running battle. Kajm usually stands his ground, but it can be amusing to play 'hide and seek' so to speak- the two bang into each other unexpectedly, trade some blows... whomever got the upper hand for the moment takes off into the jungle and around they go again...
